The opposite of “visible” is … “invisible”. The opposite of “offensive” is … “inoffensive”. The opposite of “capable” is … “incapable”. The opposite of “adequate” is … “inadequate”. The opposite of “decent” is … “indecent”.
So would’nt you expect the opposite of “flammable” to be … “inflammable”??

Every now and then we all get that little feeling called pride, where we came out on top, beat the odds, or simple had the luck fall our way. Do you remember how it felt to have that strut in your step, even just for a little while. At the same time you were trying not to gloat in front of the others, or perhaps making it look like it was no big deal, when on the inside your head you were doing a little victory dance and rubbing it in their faces. (maybe thats just me).
What did you win? Who did you beat? Were you expected to win or was it one of those classic stories where the underdog comes through at the last minute to win the prize and steal the girl?

There would not be too many people that have not done something that they later regret simply to impress a boy or girl. My favorite trick to compensate for my inability to talk to women was to get so drunk that I became the annoying guy that makes a fool of himself and can’t remember it in the morning. In hind sight, probably not my best idea but I can safely say, at least I got noticed, just not in the way I was hoping for.
What about you? Time to fess up. What crazy thing did you do to impress someone, and did it work?

The other night I was having trouble sleeping so I was trying to remember some fun times to help me relax and go to sleep. I do this by asking myself a new question that I have never asked myself, and also thinking of memories linked to certain anchors, such as people of places. I started thinking about places and realized that I had a trigger for hundreds of memories all under my own roof. I could go through each room in the house, and with a little bit of effort and an open mind, I suddenly flooded myself with more memories than I could have dreamed of (excusing the pun. haha.)
Memories may be fun time with your childs, private time with your spouse, good times with friends or loved ones, and many more. Each one giving you a chance to feel connected without having to wake anyone up at 3am, which from experience is never a good idea. I still have the scars.
Now its your turn.
I remember being on my knees with my head down the toilet bowl. My whole world had been turned up-side-down and was now spinning around in my head at a million miles an hour. I had been at work for an hour and should have been concentrating on how to get through the day without making a scene but I simply didnt care. All that I knew about my world had now been exposed as a lie and I could see no way out. I had just moved out of the house that I shared with my wife of 3 years and I had no idea what had struck me. It had all happened so quickly.
It was truly one of the hardest times of my life, but at the same time allowed me to get to know myself again. My wife and I were separated for just under a year before we started to get to know each other again, and I am pleased to say we have now been married for 16 years and have 3 beautiful boys who remind me how to smile each and every day.
Why am I telling you all this?? Today I got an eduction that would have helped me way back then when I was going through one of the toughest times in my life. It is truly one of those ‘if only I knew then what I know now’ situations, and I am committed to getting this info to anyone going through a break up that is not so much of their choosing. It is an ebook by TW Jackson called ‘The magic of making up’ and it is a must read if your world is currently spinning, or even if you just want to move your current relationship to the next level. A link to the book is below, but also to some great free videos just to point you in the right direction. Yes, it is an affiliate link btu I can tell you this with a clear conscience as I truly believe it can help with the whole spinning thing. Its been 13 years and I still remember it like it was yesterday. Check it out, if for nothing else, for the great vids. Hope it helps.

Hey all, I was playing on youtube the other day and saw a video of Taylor Swift on The Ellen Show talking about her break up with Joe Jonas. He he called and broke up with her in a 27 second conversation. I thought to myself, it seems no-one is safe from an ugly break up.

If you have ever suffered from a panic attack, you will know how truly frightening they can be. When a person finds themself in a frightening situation that they fell they have no control over, they can suffer from a panic attack. This is where your mind perceives a threat so the body goes into a ‘Fight’ and Flight’ response. The fight and flight response is a natural response to danger that releases hormones through the body to enable them to either fight the dangerous situation or to run from it.
The symptoms of a panic attack can vary from person to person. It can include an increase in heart rate, quick and shallow breathing, tense muscles, perspiration as well as many others.

In 1962 Sean Connery played James Bond in the movie Dr No. So far, there have been a total of 22 James Bond movies played by 7 different Bames Bonds. They were Sean Connery (6 times), George Lazenby (1 time), Roger Moore (7 times), Timothy Dalton (2 times), Pierce Brosnan (4 times) and Daniel Craig (2 times so far).
